(Savvy FB & Twitter users soon discovered their profiles became increasingly higher in searches as a direct result of their individual network usage (tweets/FB status changes) , making traditional web optimization practices outdated. What used to cost companies thousands of dollars can now be accomplished using current employees downtime to tweet or network.)
