TUESDAY comes like a freight train, on time. We MUST be ready to gear up for a new week, recap what we (as a team) accomplished over the previous week & somehow find the strength to do it all while smiling.

Everyone shows up all buttoned up & shiney, like a brand new penny!

My Watson sales meeting helps me keep my head up when the daily grind & stacks of endless short sale paperwork threatens to drag my spirits down. Times like these are what “separate the men from the boys.” Die hard REALTORS have learned to embrace crazy new gizmos like TEXTING, E-FAX and that darn TWITTER stuff just to survive. The “opportunity REALTOR” or “weekend REALTOR,” can no longer afford to take the continued education, testing and license fees required to be an active REALTOR, leaving only those that truly committed to helping our profession.

Meetings are a way the Watson Family can get together, share coffee & talk about everything from the dog in the closet that “scared the piss out of you,” an amazing new bank owned home down the street from your listing, to the 13 year renter who finally bought their 1st home two days before Christmas.
