5 yr old Blind Korean Pianist

5 year old Korean Pianist Yeh Eun has been blind since birth, according to her adoptive parents. Yeh Eun first began playing music at the age of 3 when she began playing a melody her mother had been singing throughout the day. Since then she has been able to to learn & play songs after only listening to them once.
My dear friend Mona Atkinson posted this video on FaceBook today with the caption,
“I guarantee you will be crying before this is over.”
Mona was 100% correct & I felt the need to share this amazing gift

Tax Deadline 2010

That’s right…today is the day, April 15th 2010 has finally arrived!
Most Americans have already filed there taxes but many who actually owe money have taken the, “I’m not giving them my money until the last possible minute,” attitude and waited until today to post their tax returns. (I believe my dad may have coined this phrase or at least made it popular, lol.)
Just in case you are one of these “last minute” people, here are some helpful tips to make today a little less stressful:
IRS TAX TIP 2010-69 -> Click here to go to IRS.GOV
If you can’t meet the April deadline to file your tax return, you can get an automatic six month extension of time to file from the IRS.
Here are seven things you need to know about filing an extension:
- Extra time to file An extension will give you extra time to get your paperwork to the IRS, but it does not extend the time you have to pay any tax due. You will owe interest on any amount not paid by the April 15 deadline, plus a late payment penalty if you have not paid at least 90 percent of your total tax by that date.
- File on time even if you can’t pay If your return is completed but you are unable to pay the full amount of tax due, do not request an extension. File your return on time and pay as much as you can. The IRS will send you a bill or notice for the balance due.To apply online for a payment agreement, go to IRS.gov and click “Online Payment Agreement Application” at the left side of the home page under Online Services. If you are unable to make payments, call the IRS at 800-829-1040 to discuss your options.
- Form to file Request an extension to file by submitting Form 4868, Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File U.S. Individual Income Tax Return to the IRS by April 15, 2010, or make an extension-related electronic credit card payment. For more information about extension-related credit card payments, see Form 4868.
- E-file extension You can e-file an extension request using tax preparation software with your own computer or by going to a tax preparer who has the software. The IRS will acknowledge receipt of the extension request if you file by computer.
- Traditional Free File and Free File Fillable Forms You can use both Free File options to file an extension. Access the Free File page at IRS.gov.
- Electronic funds withdrawal If you ask for an extension via computer, you can also choose to pay any expected balance due by authorizing an electronic funds withdrawal from a checking or savings account. You will need the appropriate bank routing and account numbers.For information about these and other methods of payment, visit IRS.gov or call 800-TAX-1040 (800-829-1040).
- How to get formsForm 4868 is available for download at IRS.gov or may be ordered by calling 1-800-TAX-FORM (800-829-3676).You can also obtain the form at your local IRS office. Telephone requests normally take 10 days to fill.

Volunteer searcher from the family’s church found Nadia in waist deep water. Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Program

“Is the AMERICAN DREAM of home ownership slipping away…or is it simply time to stop & rebuild with a stronger foundation?”
Monday April 5th, the Administration unveiled HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative) program. Including such perks as up to $3k in “relocation expenses,” this program is supposed to help clean up the bottle neck of short sales & “hidden” foreclosure market.
Is this another case of “too little to late?” or is this the KICK START the housing market needed to get real estate back on track in 2010.

One Year Ago Today…

Do you ever sit down & take a good, hard look at where you are in your life? Is this where you expected to be that day they handed that diploma to you? Are you satisfied with what you have done with the gifts God gave you?
I believe the answer to these and many more goal oriented questions can be found in the past…look back on the past year & review all the things you actually did accomplish & expand upon them. If you failed to meet an expectation, REALIZE how much closer to that goal you are than you were just one short year ago.
It took years and years for us to get to where we are, it’s up to us to learn from our mistakes & FINALLY achieve our ultimate goal; FULFILLMENT.

The weather outside is so gorgeous all I can think about is getting out and doing something! Running around Lake Minneola, playing flag football, beating Jeff at basketball…*Giggles. SPRING has finally sprung here in beautiful Clermont Florida.
Nestled in the rolling hills of Clermont, I am more than spoiled by the sunshine states glorious weather. However, this past winter, like the recession, seemed to go on forever. With April fools day comes new hope that things are about to change & we all like the poor “April Fool,” will continue our journey a little wiser.
