Happy Hump Day all…

I just wanted to take a minute to respond to one of my most faithful readers john35. Recently John had discovered his longtime girlfriend was unfaithful & he had concerns about how to handle the situation. He decided to cut ties & begin a new life on his own.

REPLY:

I am so glad things are going well for you! You deserve to be happy & removing “toxic people” from your life is the first step in your long journey to becoming the person you REALLY want to be.

Happiness is like a garden, it needs a good place to take root & an enviorment that allows it to grow. Weeds (toxic people/negativity) must be removed to prevent you from using all your energy to fight them off. The next step is planning. Set your goals, take the steps to achieve it & prepare yourself for harvest.

“Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it…” often holds true even when it is happiness. If you are not ready to accept that everything REALLY is OK, you may take the memory of this bad experience into the next one. Baggage: bringing your fears/doubts/suspicion into any new relationship is a self fulfilling prophesy.

Don’t be afraid to open your heart. Be honest as you begin your new life. Enjoy every minute of life, do what YOU love to do & you will meet people that are doing the same things. Only then will you find your true soul mate, best friend & love.

I am so proud of you for being strong. Change is hard but the longer you let a wound fester, the harder it is to cure.

Peace, Love, Out.
