“When looking for a home the most important tool a buyer has is an educated REALTOR.”
If you are looking for a home in the Clermont Florida area, please be sure the person you are working with is a REALTOR! In addition to passing all the state requirements, a REALTOR must also take an ethics course.
As a REALTOR & active member of my community I consider it an honor to bring new people into our area. As a former Army brat, I have traveled all over the world so I understand the difficulties that moving involves.
I have worked in almost every aspect of Real Estate in Central Florida being one of the top Property managers in the state. From rentals to multi million dollar sales producer, I am here to HELP YOU make the most of today’s market.
I help my clients buy & sell properties to maximize their profit potential. My specialty allows me to not only help investors make educated decisions based on the local market, but gives me the privilege of assisting even first time home buyers in the pursuit of the AMERICAN DREAM. Home Ownership.
In order to help STABILIZE our COUNTRY’S economy, we must gain stability in the HOUSING MARKET! I work every day to help make that a reality by EDUCATING my clients & community on the FACTS about the current market, processes involved in selling or buying a home, financial stability factors & budgeting for success.
Please JOIN ME by making the PLEDGE to help EDUCATE yourselves & your clients throughout this financial crisis. We can REBUILD on a strong foundation of ethics & determination.

“There he stands, draped in more equipment than a telephone lineman, trying to outwit an organism with a brain no bigger than a breadcrumb, and getting licked in the process. ~Paul O’Neil, 1965″
FISHING has always been one of my family’s favorite ways to spend time together without having to worry about fighting or complaining. Somehow, working together toward a common goal helps to wipe away all the negative things life tends to pile on our plate. Man (or woman) against fish seems like an unfair match up, but any fishermen out there knows…once in a while, the man actually stands a chance:D
Since the earliest recorded history, man has lived off the land in order to survive. Fishing was one of the more advanced skills men taught themselves in order to put food on the table. When faced by an ocean full of fish & just a thin line w/some bait attached to it, it’s no wonder that bringing home a basket full of fish not only meant a full belly but a chest full of pride.
“The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad. ~A.K. Best”
“Give a man a fish and he has food for a day; teach him how to fish and you can get rid of him for the entire weekend! ~Zenna Schaffer”
