I was able to HELP a group of girls who were younger & less experienced than their competition to Nationals for the 1st time. Not only did they place among the top 20 teams in the NATION, they were 2nd in our REGION & FIRST PLACE in the Mid Florida Division. HOW did we accomplish this? TEAMWORK: together we can accomplish anything!

Our children are each leaders & can accomplish GREAT THINGS if given the chance. Young ladies like Kaylee & Emilee Cox have progressed from Pop Warner Cheerleading into EAST RIDGE HS VARSITY CHEERLEADING, even making it onto GOOD MORNING AMERICA along the way! WHY? They were taught by their MOTHER the importance of MAKING THEIR VOICE HEARD & giving back to the community. Together their family of 9 agreed to collect aluminum cans to help underprivileged CHILDREN BUY their mother a MOTHER’s DAY GIFT.
HOW? “Collect aluminum cans you use at home. ASK your friends & family to do the same. DONATE the proceeds to ANY charity you support!”
HOW MUCH of a difference can a few cans make to homeless children? Ronald McDonald House in Houston reported $8,000 a year on average is earned just from PULL TABS alone. Imagine how much money our CHILDREN could EARN for our COMMUNITY. In one weekend alone we were able to earn enough money to offer 100 children a FREE MOTHER’s DAYS GIFT!
Every child that brings a CRUSHED ALUMINUM CAN to the WATSON/MARY KAY Building THIS Wednesday 4/29/09 receives a FREE GIFT for their mother.*

Be sure to separate the PULL TABS for your children to take to their schools & bring the CRUSHED aluminum cans to our FUNDRAISING event. We will donate 10% of our proceeds to the CHARITY of YOUR CHOICE!
*EACH child will be paid a QUARTER per LB (rate quoted by closest Lake County location in Tavares Fl AAA Recycling center 352-343-5144. ) toward the purchase of any item in our Mother’s Day store.
